Tender for the supply,delivery and installation of solar equipment to enght [8No.]rural health centres ?central board of health
The central board of health intends to purchase solar equipment for eitht rural health centres.
The zambia national tender board. On behalf of central board of health ,now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply,delivery and installaton of solar equipment in eight (8No) rural health centres.
Any interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the zambia national tender board ,13th floor ,room9,,kulima tower ,p.o.box31009, lusaka,zambia the telephone numbers are 260(01)227051/2/3,228633 and the telefax numbers is (01)220577,HOWEVER,ELECTRONIC OR TELEGRAPHIC FAX BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.the bidding documents can be accessed on the zambia national tender board web site:www.tenderboard.gov.zm
The bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders form the zambia national tender boadr ,13t floor,kulima tower,p.o.box 31009, lusaka upon payment of a non-refundable fee of k500,000.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate,in cash or by bank certified cheque.
The bids must be deposited in the tender box on the 13th floor,kulima tower ,katunjila road,lusaka,on or before Friday ,16April 2004 at 14:00 hours local time and must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the bid sum duly signed and sealed by the Guarantor(s).
The closing date for the receipt of bids is Friday 16 April 2004 at 14:00 hours local time and any bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted .the bids will be opened soon after closing in the conference room on the 13th floor of kulima tower in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
