1.General Location: Mpika District, Northern Province, Zambia.
2. 650 kilometers from Lusaka the capital city of Zambia. The farm is 20kms from Mpika district on the tarred Mpika - Kasama road, 10 km on the gravel road within the Tazara corridor farming area. The district lies in the high rainfall area of the country with rich soils suitable for all types of agricultural activities.

6.Land area: The farm is 142 hectares (350.88 acres) out of which 10 hectares (24.71 acres) is cleared land and the rest is virgin land.
7.Water sources : Water for both domestic and agricultural use can be sourced from the all weather Sendanyambi stream. Borehole water can also be set up with ease.
8.Electricity : Not available but solar power can easily be installed.
9.Roads: Access to various parts is by gravel roads and 10 kilometers to the Mpika - Kasama tarred main road.
10.Crops : Various crops can be grown such as maize, cotton, tobacco, sunflower, beans, wheat etc.
11.Ranching : Cattle ranching and others is possible including fish farming.
12.Buildings : Block of workers quarters for care - taking the farm is in place and made of burnt bricks and corrugated iron sheets for roofing with concrete floors.
13.General : Mpika town/district is the regional headquarters for the famous Tanzania Zambia Railways Authority (Tazara) in Zambia.Chinese citizens working for Tazara in Zambia are based in Mpika. The farming community has easy access to transport facilities because of the railway line and good trunk roads leading to local and overseas markets. The owner of the farmland is a Chinese trained graduate and former Managing Director of Tazara and speaks Chinese Language fairly well. The district is also endowed with rich precious minerals deposits which have yet to be fully explored.
